Join us for the upcoming Ravel mastermind retreat, hosted at the Wilde Resort in majestic Sedona, AZ, November 11th-14th, 2024.

This mastermind retreat is a relaxing blend of business and personal development with a nurturing, unstructured vibe. The schedule is carefully balanced to combine professional development, personal growth, and CHILL TIME! We can all use more downtime brainstorming with our biz besties. Everyone gets their own room so you can process and take whatever space you need.

The ticket price for this event is $3600 (payment plans available at checkout) and includes:

  • Hotel Room and Awesome food: Your stay at the Wilde Resort includes a hotel room all to yourself and delicious meals. Non-alcoholic beverages are included as well.

  • Interactive Mastermind Sessions & Roundtable Discussions: Leverage the power of multiple minds to dive into your business challenges and brainstorm innovative solutions.

  • Optional Morning Meditation: Connect with nature and the energies of Sedona w/an optional morning meditation in the Wilde Resort’s Zen Garden!

  • Time in Nature: Our flexible schedule allows for plenty of time in nature and we’ll be spending plenty of time outside enjoying the gorgeous Sedona landscape.

  • Networking Opportunities: This is your opportunity to take your relationships to the next level and build connections that will support your entrepreneurial journey for years to come

  • Plenty of Space to Process: This isn’t your typical retreat with a packed schedule. We need time to rest and think, so there’s lots of downtime and unstructured connection space baked into the plan.

  • Private Slack Channel in Ravel: Get to know your fellow attendees, coordinate travel plans, and build those bonds before you meet up in person.

Sample Schedule

This schedule is subject to change, but here’s a rough idea of what the schedule might look like for the retreat:

Day 1: Arrive

4:00 PM Check-in — Early check-in will be available by request and a discounted rate will be offered for anyone who wants to book extra nights before or after the official event. (this was really fun last time in San Diego and everyone who stayed extra days highly recommends it if you can swing it.)

5:00 PM — Welcome mixer

6:00 PM — Dinner @ Rascal Restaurant

Day 2: Mastermind

7:00 AM - 2:00 PM — Breakfast is on your own time and you’ll have a voucher to pay for it that’s good from 7am-2pm for those of us who don’t eat early. (There are also a couple of really great coffee shops across the street if you’re an early riser and can’t wait till 7:00)

8:30-9:00 AM — Meditation (OPTIONAL)

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM — Mastermind

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM — Lunch

2:00 - 4:00 PM — Mastermind

6:00 PM — Rooftop Pizza Party

Day 3: Mastermind & Chill

7:00 AM - 2:00 PM — Breakfast is on your own time and you’ll have a voucher to pay for it that’s good from 7am-2pm for those of us who don’t eat early. (There are also a couple of really great coffee shops across the street if you’re an early riser and can’t wait till 7:00)

FAQ

  • No. If you need to travel on a plane to get to and from the retreat destination, the cost of the flight is not included in the ticket price.

  • Accommodations will be made to ensure everyone’s dietary needs are met. You’ll be responsible for submitting that information when it is requested.

  • Nope! It’s important for everyone to have plenty of space to process and rest outside of the event activities. You’ll have your own hotel room.

  • All activities included in the retreat schedule are completely optional and anyone can opt out for any reason at any time.

  • Not formal at all. Feel free to leave your blazer and heels at home (unless you love blazers and heels!) and pack your flip flops and hoodies. Come prepared to be comfortable and fully embraced regardless of whether you love to dress up or prefer to spend time relaxing in your cozy clothes. A few of us joked durng the first retreat that we should have called it a pajama party mastermind.

  • Phoenix airport is a couple of hours away and has tons of flight options. We can all coordinate to rideshare out to Sedona. Flagstaff is much closer to Sedona (like 30 minutes?) but is only serviced by American Airlines, as I understand it.
